Do I have to pay for my package if I have 6 Mbps connection ?

I just made my account on PGL and was wondering if I have to pay PKR 199 per month if I have 6 Mbps connection. Also is there a way to unsubscribe from the service if I want to ?

Please be informed PGL service is free for Charji, 4Mbps & Higher Broadband customers.
